摘 要:为了改善聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)的性能,以苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)为增容剂,将其添加到有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和PBS的共混物中制备复合材料,考察了SMA的添加量对PBS/OMMT共混物热稳定性能、结晶性能、流变性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的SMA有利于提高PBS/OMMT共混物的结晶性能,且随着SMA添加量增大,PBS/OMMT/SMA复合材料的结晶温度(T_(c))和熔融温度(T_(m))均呈先增加后降低的趋势,当SMA添加质量分数为2%时PBS/OMMT/SMA复合材料的T_(c)和T_(m)最高,其中T_(c)为74.19℃,T_(m)为114.29℃,且SMA的添加不利于PBS复合材料热稳定性能的提高。PBS及PBS/OMMT/SMA共混体系为典型的非牛顿流体,在低频区,PBS/OMMT/SMA共混体系的储能模量(G')、损耗模量(G")和复数黏度(η~*)均高于纯PBS,在高频区,PBS/OMMT/SMA共混体系与PBS的G',G"和η~*接近。PBS/OMMT/SMA复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量和冲击强度均高于纯PBS,且随着SMA添加量增大,PBS/OMMT/SMA复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量和缺口冲击强度均先增大后降低,当SMA添加质量分数为2%时制备的PBS/OMMT/SMA复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量和缺口冲击强度最高。In order to improve the properties of polybutanediol succinate(PBS),stryenemaleic anhydride(SMA)was added to the blend of organic montmorillonite(OMMT)and PBS to prepare composite materials.The effects of SMA content on the thermal stability,crystallization,rheological properties and mechanical properties of PBS/OMMT/SMA blends were investigated.The results show that the addition of appropriate SMA can improve the crystallization properties of PBS/OMMT blends,and the crystallization temperature(T_(c))and melting temperature(T_(m))of PBS/OMMT/SMA composites increase first and then decrease with the increase of SMA addition.When the amount of SMA is 2%,the T_(c)and T_(m)of PBS/OMMT/SMA composites are the highest,where T_(c)is 74.19℃and T_(m)is 114.29℃,and the addition of SMA is not conducive to the improvement of the thermal stability of PBS composites.PBS and PBS/OMMT/SMA blends are typical non-Newtonian fluids.In the low frequency region,the energy storage modulus(G'),loss modulus(G")and complex viscosity(η*)of PBS/OMMT/SMA blends are higher than those of pure PBS.The PBS/OMMT/SMA blending system is close to the G',G"andη*of PBS.The tensile strength,tensile modulus,bending strength,bending modulus and impact strength of PBS/OMMT/SMA composites are higher than those of pure PBS,and with the increase of SMA addition,the tensile strength,tensile modulus,bending strength,bending modulus and impact strength of PBS/OMMT/SMA composites first increase and then decrease.The tensile strength,tensile modulus,bending strength,bending modulus and notch impact strength of PBS/OMMT/SMA composites prepared with 2%SMA are the highest.
