摘 要:为了提高粘扣带射出钩粘接性能,以尼龙6为基体树脂,添加不同配比的增韧剂、成核剂和脱模剂,通过挤出模压制得一系列粘扣带用射出钩专用料。考察了射出钩尼龙6专用料的熔体流动速率(MFR)、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和耐化学性能分析。利用粘扣带疲劳试验装置分别进行耐疲劳次数1000,2000和3000测试,分析三种射出钩尼龙6专用料的剪切强度和剥离强度,探究其抗疲劳性能,并对以上三种射出钩尼龙6专用料表面进行了电子显微镜观察。结果表明,随着增韧剂含量的增加,射出钩尼龙6专用料的MFR减小,拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率增大,具有一定的耐酸碱性,其中耐碱性能优于耐酸性能。参照GB/T 23315-2009标准,耐疲劳次数达1000时,射出钩尼龙6专用料剪切强度高于标准值7.5 N/cm^(2),剥离强度高于标准值1.6 N/cm,但随着耐疲劳次数的增加,性能呈下降趋势。综合实验过程得出,尼龙6树脂83.1%,增韧剂15%,成核剂0.4%,脱模剂1.5%为最佳配比。In order to improve the adhesive performance of the injection hook of the velcro,a series of special materials for the hook of the velcro were prepared by extrusion molding with nylon 6 as the matrix resin,adding toughening agent,nucleating agent and release agent of different proportions.The melt flow rate,tensile strength,elongation at break and chemical resistance of the special materials for hook polyamide were investigated.The shear strength and peel strength of three kinds of hook polyamide materials were analyzed and their anti-fatigue properties were investigated.The surfaces of these three kinds of injection hook polyamide materials were observed by electron microscope.The results show that with the increase of the content of toughening agent,the melt flow rate decreases,the tensile strength decreases,the elongation at break increases,and the alkali resistance is better than the acid resistance.According to the GB/T 23315-2009 standard,when the fatigue resistance number reaches 1000,the shear strength of the hook nylon special material is higher than the standard value of 7.5 N/cm^(2),and the peel strength is higher than the standard value of 1.6 N/cm,but with the increase of the fatigue resistance number,the performance shows a downward trend.The optimum ratio is:nylon 6 resin 83.1%,toughening agent 15%,nucleating agent 0.4%and release agent 1.5%.
