摘 要:4D打印的快速发展拓宽了形状记忆聚合物(SMPs)的应用领域。聚乳酸(PLA)作为一种形状记忆聚合物,凭借其显著的形状记忆特性广泛应用于4D打印。但目前对于PLA形状记忆聚合物打印时工艺参数与形状记忆特性之间的联系还并没有很好地建立起来。通过4D打印技术分析了顶层与底层数、填充率、模型厚度、模型弯曲程度、模型打印方向和赋形温度对PLA模型形状记忆特性的影响,为有效得到各参数对PLA模型形状记忆特性的影响规律,对4D打印完成后的模型进行形状弯曲恢复实验,模型的形状恢复率与形状恢复时间作为影响的评价标准。结果表明,顶层与底层数、填充率的增加均提升了PLA模型的形状恢复率,模型厚度的增加使得恢复率呈现先上升后下降的趋势,弯曲程度的增大会降低模型形状恢复率,侧式打印的模型恢复程度最好,赋形温度的改变也会影响模型形状记忆特性;从恢复时间来看,顶层与底层数、填充率的增加均会延长形状恢复时间,模型厚度与模型弯曲程度的增加也会延长形状恢复时间,平式打印的恢复时间最短,而赋形温度的变化对恢复时间影响不大。The rapid development of 4D printing has broadened the application field of shape memory polymers(SMPs).As a shape memory polymer,polylactic acid(PLA)is widely used in 4D printing due to its remarkable shape memory properties.However,the relationship between process parameters and shape memory properties of PLA has not been well established.4D printing technology was used to analyze the influence of some parameters on the shape memory characteristics of PLA models,including the number of top and bottom layers,filling rate,model thickness,model bending degree,model printing direction and deformation temperature.In order to effectively analyze the influence of each parameter on the shape memory characteristics of PLA model,the shape bending recovery experiment was carried out on the model after 4D printing.The shape recovery rate and shape recovery time of the model were used as the evaluation criteria.The results show that the shape recovery rate of PLA model is improved by increasing the number of top and bottom layers,and filling rate.With the increase of model thickness,the recovery rate increases firstly and then decreases.The increase of bending degree will reduce the recovery rate of the model.The recovery degree of side printing is the best.The shape memory of the model is also affected by the change of the deformation temperature.From the point of view of recovery time,the increase in the number of top and bottom layers,as well as the filling rate,will prolong the model recovery time.The increase of model thickness and model bending degree will also prolong the time of model shape recovery.Flat print model recovery time is the shortest.The change of the deformation temperature has little effect on the recovery time.
