摘  要:为降低传统电加热热风循环系统在双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)生产线中的高能耗,同时避免传统油加热热风循环系统额外增加设备成本、热效率低、污染物多的缺点,降本增效,实现BOPET的绿色生产,探索采用天然气直燃系统替代传统电加热、油加热系统的可行性。首先利用能耗转化进行天然气直燃系统与电加热系统的经济性对比分析,结果表明采用天然气直燃系统可节约成本约50%。根据能量公式建立天然气直燃系统在烘箱循环系统中的数学模型,根据温度计算结果,优化烘箱循环系统的循环方式,最终结果表明通过引出烘箱内热风混合新风后再进行燃气加热,在少量增加内循环风机功率的情况下,天然气直燃系统即可满足使用要求。根据上述结论优化天然气直燃系统结构,对循环系统进行计算流体动力学仿真模拟,仿真结果符合预期,满足使用的温度要求。天然气直燃系统替代方案最终在某宽幅BOPET薄膜生产线上改造实施,能够替代改造区原电加热系统,满足薄膜生产的使用要求,生产线整体能耗明显降低。In order to reduce the high energy consumption of the traditional electric heating hot air circulation system in the biaxially stretched polyester film(BOPET)production line,while avoiding the disadvantages of the traditional oil heating hot air circulation system such as additional equipment costs,low thermal efficiency,and high pollutants,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and achieving green production of BOPET,the feasibility of using natural gas direct combustion system to replace traditional electric heating and oil heating systems was explored.Firstly,a comparative analysis of the economy between natural gas direct combustion systems and electric heating systems was conducted using energy consumption conversion.The results show that using natural gas direct combustion systems can save about 50%of costs.Based on the energy formula,a mathematical model of the natural gas direct combustion system in the oven circulation system was established.Based on the temperature calculation results,the circulation mode of the oven circulation system was optimized.Finally,it is shown that by introducing hot air mixed with fresh air in the oven and then heating with gas,the natural gas direct combustion system can meet the usage requirements with a small increase in the power of the internal circulation fan.Based on the above conclusions,the structure of the natural gas direct combustion system was optimized,and computational fluid dynamics simulation was conducted on the circulating system.The simulation results met the expected temperature requirements for use.The replacement plan for the natural gas direct combustion system was ultimately implemented on a wide BOPET film production line,replacing the original electric heating system in the renovation area,meeting the usage requirements of film production,and significantly reducing the overall energy consumption of the production line.
