摘 要:以显著提升二氧化硅(SiO_(2))在聚丙烯(PP)中协效阻燃与抗静电作用效果为主要目标,首先,使用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)与γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)尝试制备1-[3-(三乙氧基甲硅烷基)丙基氨基]-3-[3-(三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙氧基]-2-丙醇(NDA)作为网络状分散助剂,结合红外光谱分析与液相色谱-质谱分析,证实NDA的成功合成。进一步,使用NDA对SiO_(2)进行接枝修饰,通过红外光谱及热失重分析证实了NDA在SiO_(2)表面的化学接枝;结合粒径分析与扫描电子显微镜观察确定经NDA修饰后的SiO_(2)(NDA-S)呈现一种粒子相互连接、但颗粒间普遍存在小空隙的特殊网络状结构。在阻燃改性PP中,使用5%(质量分数,下同)的NDA-S替代总计2.5%的阻燃剂,经阻燃性能、力学性能测试确认,该情况下材料阻燃性能得以保持的同时,弯曲强度及其弹性模量还有一定程度提升;在抗静电改性PP中,额外加入10%的NDA-S,经电阻率测试确认,该情况下材料的体积电阻率降低超过一个数量级。研究结果表明,引入NDA对SiO_(2)进行接枝修饰,能够提升SiO_(2)在PP中协效阻燃与抗静电作用效果,为降低相应材料成本提供一个新方案。The main objective of this study was to achieve a significant improvement in the synergistic flame retardant and synergistic antistatic effects of silica in polypropylene(PP).Firstly,γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550)andγ-glycidol ether oxypropyl Trimethoxysilane(KH-560)was used to prepare 1-[3-(triethoxysilyl)propylamino]-3-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propoxy]-2-propanol as a network dispersant agent(NDA)for silica modification.The successful synthesis of NDA was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis.Then,silica modified by using NDA(NDA-S)was investigated by using Fourier transform infrared and thermal gravimetric analyzer for confirming the chemical grafting between silica and NDA.Combined with scanning electron microscopy analyses and dynamic light scattering,it was clearly observed that the particles of NDA-S were connected to one another but were not conglutinated tightly,exhibiting a novel networked structure with a certain extent of inter-particle distance.In flame-retardant modified PP,the flame retardancy was maintained and the bending strength and modulus were improved,when a total of 2.5%flame retardant was replaced with 5%NDA-S,confirmed by flame retardancy test and mechanical properties test.In antistatic modified PP,the volume resistivity was decreased by more than an order of magnitude,when an additional 10%of NDA-S was added,confirmed by the resistivity tests.The research results indicate that the introduction of NDA for grafting modification of silica could enhance the synergistic flame retardant and antistatic effects of silica in PP,and provide a new solution for reducing the corresponding cost.
