摘　　要：我国污染场地问题日益突出,污染场地不仅会对环境自身造成损伤,还会对人身健康和财产造成损害。我国针对污染场地出台了一系列从调查到治理修复及赔偿的指导手册,其中污染损害鉴定的方法是污染场地环境污染损害治理修复及赔偿的关键环节。对国内外污染场地环境污染损害鉴定方法进行梳理,提出污染场地环境污染损害鉴定的基本工作程序,并将污染损害鉴定方法划分为4个类别:调查确认法、溯源鉴定法、模型模拟法、损害价值量化法。对日后污染场地环境污染损害鉴定、环境污染损害鉴定价值货币化及赔偿工作的实施和发展提供了参考。The problem of contaminated sites is becoming increasingly prominent in China.Contaminated sites not only cause damage to the environment,but also cause damage to personal health and property.China has issued a series of guidance manuals for contaminated sites from investigation to treatment,restoration and compensation,among which the method of pollution damage identification is a key link in the treatment,restoration and compensation of environmental pollution damage of contaminated sites.In this paper,the identification methods of environmental pollution damage of contaminated sites at home and abroad are sorted out,the basic working procedures of environmental pollution damage identification of contaminated sites are proposed,and the pollution damage identification methods are divided into four categories:investigation and confirmation method,traceability identification method,model simulation method,and damage value quantification method.It provides reference for the implementation and development of environmental pollution damage assessment of contaminated sites and the monetization of environmental pollution damage assessment value and compensation.
