摘  要:整理涉及建筑电气供电可靠性的各类规范中的规定,回溯供电可靠性要求的发展历程,对比欧洲电气规范与美国电气规范中的相关规定及表述,分析我国行业规范中供电可靠性要求的可操作性,讨论规范中负荷分级表述问题、供电可靠性、经济性与合理性的平衡问题,并提出供电可靠性与经济性综合评估的建议。The provisions in various codes concerning the power supply reliability of building electricity are collated.The development history of power supply reliability requirements is traced.Relevant provisions and expressions in the European electrical codes are compared with those in the U.S.electrical codes.The operability of power supply reliability requirements in Chinese industry standards is analyzed.The load classification expressions in existing codes and the balance among power supply reliability,economy and rationality are discussed.Suggestions are made on the comprehensive evaluation of power supply reliability and economy.
