摘 要:总结20世纪50年代至今不同阶段国产浆纱机的发展历程及其技术创新内容。以浆纱机车速和上浆工作幅宽决定的单位时间产量为指标,将国产浆纱机划分为第一代至第四代(产量水平分别在50 m^(2)/min、100 m^(2)/min、200 m^(2)/min、400 m^(2)/min)。介绍了各代国产浆纱机在上浆、压浆、烘燥、主传动、经轴退绕和织轴卷绕等装置层面的显著创新和迭代。指出:国产浆纱机在机器工作幅宽、经轴和织轴的大卷装和高速化方面取得突破性进展,满足了当今喷气、剑杆等无梭织机高速高效织造对浆纱可织性的要求;智能化浆纱机还应在经纱退绕张力、压浆力和回潮率精准调控,浆纱断头监测和纱线毛羽在线检测方面进行深入研究。Development and technological innovation of domestic sizing machine in different stages from 1950s to the present were summarized.Based on the speed of the sizing machine and the output per unit time determined by the working width of the sizing machine as the index,the domestic sizing machine was divided into the first generation to the fourth generation(the output level was 50 m^(2)/min,100 m^(2)/min,200 m^(2)/min,400 m^(2)/min).The remarkable innovations and iterations of domestic sizing machines in sizing,press sizing,drying,main driving,warp beam unwinding and weave beam winding were introduced.It is pointed out that the domestic sizing machine has made a breakthrough in machine working width,the large packing of the warp beam and the weaving beam and the high speed,which can meet the requirements of high speed and high efficiency weaving of air jet and rapier loom.The intelligent sizing machine should also conduct in-depth research on the precise control of warp unwinding tension,sizing pressure and moisture regain,sizing break monitoring and online detection of yarn hairiness.
