摘  要:总结当前主要纺织浆料的上浆性能。阐述了淀粉(含变性淀粉)、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸和水分散性聚酯浆料四大类纺织浆料的发展历史,分析了四类浆料的品种适应性及推广应用中存在的问题,提出了各类浆料的发展方向。认为:在评价纺织浆料的上浆性能时,除了应考虑其浆膜性能、对所上浆纤维的黏附性、经济性和环保性能外,各浆料之间的配伍性也应该是一个重要的评价指标。Sizing property of main size mixture at present were summarized.The development history of four types of textile size mixture,starch(including modified starch),polyvinyl alcohol,polyacrylic acid and waterdispersed polyester size mixture were described.The adaptability of the four types of size mixture and the problems in popularization and application were analyzed.The development direction of each type of size mixture was put forward.It is considered that in evaluating the sizing performance of textile size mixture,besides the sized film property,fiber adhesiveness,economic and environmental performance,the compatibility of each size mixture should also be considered as an important evaluation index.
