摘　　要：为了进一步实现功能与纱线的有机统一,综述了新型功能性纱线及其纺织品的发展现状,阐述了功能性纱线的基本原理、结构设计以及制备方法。梳理了功能纱线的种类及其应用领域,讨论了各领域纱线的优势、缺陷及存在的挑战,最后展望了功能性纱线的整体发展趋势。认为:我国功能性纱线存在功能性单一、纱线成形技术无法满足当前绿色制备要求,以及缺乏对功能性纱线的测定与评价等缺陷。应加强功能化纱线的多功能集成,开发高效绿色制备技术,加快行业标准的建立与制定,以期推动和发展高品质功能性纱线。In order to further realize the organic unity of function and yarn,the development status of new functional yarn and its textiles were reviewed.The basic principle,structural design and preparation method of functional yarn were described.Types and application fields of functional yarns were reviewed.The advantages,defects and challenges of yarns in various fields were discussed.The overall development trend of functional yarns was forecasted.It is considered that functional yarns in our country have some defects,such as single function,yarn forming technology can not meet the current green preparation requirements,and lack of test and evaluation of functional yarns.It is necessary to strengthen the multifunctional integration of functional yarns,develop efficient green preparation technology,and accelerate the establishment and formulation of industry standards in order to promote and develop high-quality functional yarns.
