摘  要:在简要回顾喷气织造技术发展历史的基础上,探讨了喷气织机车速、品种适应性、节能降耗、智能化织机控制等技术现状,以及喷气织造技术发展趋势和研究方向。通过对比可以看出,国内外喷气织机在高速表现上差异不大,主要机型的车速均已超过1000 r/min。国产喷气织机在品种适应性上有了很大突破。国外喷气织机通过辅助喷嘴及供气系统的优化,在节能降耗方面具有较大的优势。国内外喷气织机在降低气耗技术方面均取得了突破性进展。认为:智能制造技术在国外喷气织机上得到了广泛应用,宏观的织机管理系统、网络大数据支持系统以及微观的自动补纬等技术的应用,显著降低了织机的操作难度以及企业用工量。国内喷气织机应继续加大研发投入,朝着节能降耗、提高产品质量、产品适应性和高入纬率多梭口技术等发展。On the basis of a brief review of the air-jet weaving technology development history,technology status of air-jet loom speed,variety adaptability,energy saving and consumption reduction,intelligent loom control as well as the development trend and research direction of air-jet weaving technology were discussed.By comparison,there was little difference in high speed performance between domestic and foreign air-jet looms,speed of the main looms exceeded 1000 r/min.Domestic air-jet loom made great breakthrough in variety adaptability.Through optimization of auxiliary nozzles and air supply systems,foreign air-jet looms had great advantages in energy saving and consumption reduction.Domestic and foreign air-jet loom made breakthrough in reducing air consumption technology.It is considered that intelligent manufacturing technology has been widely used in foreign air-jet looms.The application of macro loom management system,network big data support system and micro automatic weft filling technology have significantly reduced the difficulty of loom operation and the amount of enterprise labor.Domestic air-jet loom should continue to increase investment in research and development,towards energy saving and consumption reduction,improving product quality,product adaptability,high weft insertion rate and multi-shed technology.
