摘 要:在船舶和海洋工程中,有许多常见的腐蚀问题,尤其是杂散型电流的侵蚀。杂散电流的侵蚀一直是世界各国船舶工业共同面临的问题,无论是造船业比较发达的日本、欧洲等国,还是一些落后的国家,都存在着腐蚀问题,给造船业带来严重的经济损失。为了解决上述问题,本文首先分析了船舶中杂散电流产生的原因,介绍了船舶腐蚀的类型和特征原理,然后对杂散电流腐蚀的防护方法展开研究,最后分析得出:目前船舶杂散电流腐蚀主要是在船上进行焊接作业造成的,采用双线路供电焊接方法、焊机上船方法、牺牲阳极排流方法、排流导线等方法可以避免或减少杂散电流对船体的侵蚀,也具有较好的防腐蚀效果,对于船舶的防腐蚀具有重要的现实价值。In shipbuilding and marine engineering,there are many common corrosion problems,especially the corrosion caused by stray current.The erosion of stray current has always been a common problem facing the shipbuilding industry all over the world.The corrosion problem exists in Japan,Europe and other countries with relatively developed shipbuilding industry,and some backward countries,which brings serious economic losses to the shipbuilding industry.In order to solve the above problems,this paper first analyzes the causes of stray current in ships,introduces the types and characteristic principles of ship corrosion,and then studies the protection methods of stray current corrosion.Finally,the analysis results show that the stray current corrosion of current ships is mainly caused by welding operations onboard.The use of dual line power supply welding method,method of welding machine aboard,sacrificial anode discharge method,discharge wire and other methods can avoid or reduce the corrosion of the stray current on the hull,and also has a good corrosion prevention effect,with an important practical value for the corrosion prevention of ships.
