摘 要:目的探究HbAlc水平对T2DM早期肾功能损害的相关性。方法选取2022年6月-2023年4月郑州市第一人民医院收治的T2DM早期肾功能损害患者80例为研究组,另选取80名体检的健康人群作为对照组,采用Pearson相关系数分析血清HbAlc水平与T2DM患者早期肾损伤的相关性,并对其进行评估。结果研究组HbAlc水平高于对照组(P<0.05);CA组HbAlc水平高于MA与NA组;MA组HbAlc水平高于NA组(P<0.05)。研究组NGAL、Cys-C水平高于对照组,且eGFR水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。T2DM早期肾功能损害HbAlc水平、NGAL呈现出正相关(r=4.425,P=0.038),HbAlc水平与T2DM早期肾功能损害呈现出正相关性。NGAL与T2DM早期肾功能损害呈现出正相关性,Cys-C与T2DM早期肾功能损害呈现出正相关性,eGFR与T2DM早期肾功能损害呈现出负相关性(r分别为0.684、0.714、0.637、0.579,P值分别为0.001、0.001、0.001、0.001)。结论血清HbAlc水平与T2DM早期肾功能损害指标存在一定的相关性,HbAlc水平与NGAL、Cys-C呈现正相关,HbAlc水平与eGFR呈现负相关,能有效地为临床对患者病情的判断提供有力依据。Objective To explore the correlation between HbA1c level and renal function impairment in early stage of T2DM.Methods A total of 80 patients with T2DM early renal function impairment admitted to Zhengzhou First People’s Hospital from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study group,and 80 healthy people who underwent physical examination were selected as the control group.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between serum HbA1c level and early renal injury in T2DM patients,and the correlation was evaluated.Results HbA1c level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).HbA1c levels in the CA group were higher than those in the MA and NA groups.HbA1c level in the MA group was higher than that in the NA group(P<0.05).Levels ofNGAL and Cys-C in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and eGFR levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There is a positive correlation between HbA1c levels and NGAL levels in early renal function impairment in T2DM(r=4.425,P=0.038).HbA1c levels are positively correlated with early renal function impairment in T2DM,NGAL is positively correlated with early renal function impairment in T2DM,and Cys-C is positively correlated with early renal function impairment in T2DM,EGFR showed a negative correlation with carly renal function impairment in T2DM(r=0.684,0.714,0.637,0.579,P=0.001,0.001,0.001,0.001,respectively).Conclusion Serum HbAlc level has a certain correlation with early renal function impairment indicators of T2DM.HbAlc level is positively correlated with NGAL and Cys-C,while HbA1c level is negatively correlated with eGFR,which can effectively provide a strong basis for clinical judgment of patients’conditions.
