摘  要:颅内动脉疾病在世界范围内的发病率逐年增高,近年来探究其发病机制成为研究的重点。基于MRI的颅内血管壁成像(intracranial vessel wall imaging,IVWI)相较于传统的血管诊断技术使用了高分辨率、多参数MRI序列不仅可以显示管腔狭窄情况,还可直接显示颅内血管壁及其病理改变,有非常好的应用前景,在该综述中,将介绍IVWI的技术特征、在颅内动脉疾病(包括动脉粥样硬化疾病和非动脉粥样硬化疾病)评估中的应用,并对IVWI技术做出总结和展望。The incidence of intracranial arterial disease is increasing worldwide,and exploring its pathogenesis has become a focus of research in recent years.MRI-based intracranial vessel wall imaging(IVWI)has a very promising application prospect compared with traditional vascular diagnostic techniques using high-resolution,multiparameter MRI sequences that not only show luminal stenosis,but also directly display intracranial vessel walls and their pathologic changes.In this review,we will introduce the technical features of IVWI,its application in the evaluation of intracranial arterial diseases(both atherosclerotic and non-atherosclerotic diseases),and make a summary and outlook of the IVWI technique.
