摘　　要：为了满足欧盟新的季节能效检测标准要求,需要开发出基于欧标的低温平衡环境型房间量热计进行空调季节能效测试。本项目根据量热计法测试原理;非稳态控制原理;小负荷能力测试原理等量热计工作原理,设计了试验室本体及气流组织,并根据EN14825标准中不同的试验工况要求,核算出试验室内外侧所需最大的冷热负荷。最终采用直接蒸发压缩制冷循环作为低温冷媒流量系统,选择了R404A作为制冷剂以及合适的冷冻机组合,围绕空气调节系统、测控系统、数据处理系统、实时监控系统等关键系统,开发出了各项指标达到欧盟标准测试要求的低温平衡环境型量热计。结论:本项目成果的应用,解决了空调器检测领域的重大关键问题,对推动空调器行业突破欧盟的技术壁垒发挥了重要作用。In order to meet the new seasonal energy efficiency testing standards of EU,it is necessary to develop a lowtemperature balanced ambient room calorimeter for seasonal energy efficiency testing of air conditioners.In this project,based on the working principles of calorimeter method testing principle;non-stationary control principle;small load capacity testing principle and other calorimeter working principles,the test chamber body and airflow organization were designed,and the maximum heat and cold loads required on the outside of the test chamber were accounted for according to the requirements of different test conditions in EN 14825 standard.Finally,the direct evaporative compression refrigeration cycle was used as the low temperature refrigerant flow system,R404A was selected as the refrigerant and a suitable combination of refrigerators,and the key systems,such as air conditioning system,measurement and control system,data processing system and real-time monitoring system,were used to develop a low-temperature balanced ambient calorimeter with various indexes meeting the testing requirements of the EU standard.The application of the results of this project has solved a major key problem in the field of air conditioner testing and played an important role in promoting the air conditioner industry to break through the technical barriers of the EU.
