摘 要:离心风机越来越广泛的被用于冰箱上,如何更好的发挥其作用,成为近些年人们重点研究的方向。离心风机的蜗壳设计关系着离心风机的性能,本文利用等边基元法结合冰箱结构进行了风道蜗壳的设计,并且经过测试,得到其能效和噪音均能满足产品的要求,为冰箱离心风机的风道设计提供了参考和依据。同时,结合目前学者们和自身的研究成果,为下一步冷冻室及单系统冰箱所涉及的多出口蜗壳设计指明了方向。Centrifugal fans are more and more widely used in refrigerators,and how to better play its role has become the focus of research in recent years.The volute design of the centrifugal fan is related to the performance of the centrifugal fan.In this paper,the air duct volute design is carried out by using the equilateral elementary element method combined with the refrigerator structure.After testing,its energy efficiency and noise can meet the requirements of the product,which provides a reference and basis for the air duct design of the refrigerator centrifugal fan.At the same time,combining the current scholars and their own research results,it points out the direction for the next step of the multioutlet volute design involved in the freezer and single-system refrigerator.
