摘　　要：本文针对器具开关负载类型多、测试周期长、测试步骤多及繁琐和对测试人员要求高等特点,设计了一种关于器具开关发热、耐久性试验自动化测试系统。测试人员通过HMI人机界面设置试验程序,试验程序的设计可以把测试的每一个步骤按照标准要求自动衔接,直到最后导出测试报告,从而实现整个测试过程的自动化。该系统不仅可以大大的减少试验周期、减少试验能耗浪费,还可以提高不同人员测试的结果一致性。Aiming at the characteristics of multiple load types,long test period,multiple and complicated test steps and high requirements for testers,this paper designs an automatic test system for heat and durability test of appliance switches.The test program is set by the tester through the HMI human-machine interface.The design of the test program can automatically connect each step of the test according to the standard requirements until the test report is exported at the end,so as to realize the automation of the whole test process.This system can not only greatly reduce the test cycle,reduce the waste of test energy consumption,but also improve the consistency of different test results.
