关于塔式冷风扇注塑镶件自动备料投放装置的研究与应用

摘　　要：为提升塔式冷风扇水箱带水尺镶件注塑效率,降低员工投放水尺镶件到模具时工作难度,本文在对注塑时水尺镶件投放动作步骤分析的基础上,设计出一种集中储备水尺镶件并利用机器人(或机械臂)自动投放水尺镶件的装置。通过设计集中储备水尺镶件装置,自动投放水尺镶件装置,PLC逻辑控制电路等,使该装置各部分紧密配合,继而实现注塑水尺镶件自动存储、投放功能[1]。通过以上软硬件的设计,不仅大大降低了水箱生产的人力投入成本及劳动强度,同时对家电行业镶件注塑自动化推进具有较高的指导意义。In order to improve the injection efficiency of household appliance water tank with water gauge inserts and reduce the difficulty of employees when placing water gauge inserts into the mold,this article analyzes the steps of placing water gauge inserts during injection molding,and designs a device for centralized storage of water gauge inserts and automatic placement of water gauge inserts using a robot(or robotic arm).By designing a centralized reserve water gauge insert device,automatic placement of water gauge inserts device,PLC logic control circuit,etc.,the various parts of the device are closely coordinated,thereby achieving the automatic storage and placement function of injection water gauge inserts.Through the design of the above software and hardware,not only has the labor input cost and intensity of water tank production been greatly reduced,but also has high guiding significance for the promotion of automation of injection molding for household appliances industry inserts.
