摘　　要：数字技术飞速发展,对各行各业的发展起着至关重要的作用。尤其对制造业的发展,可以说高速发展的数字经济是辽宁制造业高质量发展的主要引擎。对辽宁数字经济发展现状的研究分析得出,辽宁数字经济在全省GDP比重中呈逐年增加的趋势,数字资源非常丰富,应用场景也非常广阔。在数字中国的建设背景下,辽宁数字经济存在其特定的弊端。各个区域发展步伐不同步,部分企业对数字化不敏感,转型困难,核心技术研究不够深入和政府治理数字化关键环节尚未打通,尤其对制造业的发展存在着相当关键的影响。在此背景下,着重研究数字经济对制造业构建高质量发展指标体系策略。The rapid development of digital technology plays a crucial role in the development of various industries.Especially for the development of manufacturing industry,it can be said that the rapid development of digital economy is the main engine of Liaoning manufacturing industry's high-quality development.Research and analysis of the current development of digital economy in Liaoning shows that the proportion of digital economy in the province's GDP has been increasing year by year,and the digital resources are very rich,and the application scenarios are also very broad.In the context of the construction of"Digital China",the digital economy of Liaoning has its specific disadvantages.The pace of development of each region is not synchronous,some enterprises are not sensitive to digitalisation,transformation is difficult,the core technology research is not deep enough and the key link of digitalisation in government governance has not yet been opened up,which has a critical impact on the development of manufacturing industry in particular.In this context,the study focuses on the digital economy on the manufacturing industry to build a high-quality development index system strategy.
