频谱资源服务西藏经济社会发展的路径研究

摘　　要：随着信息通信技术的发展,频谱资源在西藏经济和社会发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。梳理了频谱资源在经济社会发展中工业互联网、物联网、车联网几个典型场景的应用情况,并测算分析了频谱资源对经济社会发展的贡献,结果表明频谱资源对GDP的总贡献率保持在2%~4%之间。最后对频谱资源服务西藏经济社会的发展提出了针对性措施建议。With the development of information and communication technology,spectrum resources are playing an increasingly important role in the economic and social development of Tibet.This paper reviews the application of spectrum resources in several typical scenarios of industrial Internet,Internet of Things and Internet of vehicles in economic and social development,and calculates and analyzes the contribution of spectrum resources to economic and social development.The results show that the total contribution rate of spectrum resources to GDP remains between 2%and 4%.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for spectrum resources to serve the development of Tibet's economy and society.
