摘　　要：宝山钢铁股份有限公司(以下简称“宝钢股份”)是全球领先的现代化钢铁企业,在供给侧结构性改革的推动下,产业规模、业务范围也逐渐扩大。通过对宝钢股份在2016—2021年的偿债能力、盈利能力进行比较分析得出,宝钢股份偿债能力和盈利能力逐渐增强,但在整体市场中短期偿债能力有一定的风险,盈利能力也有提升空间。在当前大环境下,钢铁企业想要长期发展应当明确发展目标、把握企业核心竞争力、加大对成本的控制,持续践行绿色低碳发展。Baoshan Iron and Steel Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as"Baosteel")is a global leading modernized iron and steel enterprise,and its industrial scale and business scope have been gradually expanded under the promotion of supply-side structural reform.Through the comparative analysis of Baosteel's solvency and profitability in 2016-2021,it is concluded that Baosteel's solvency and profitability are gradually increasing,but there is a certain risk of short-term solvency in the overall market,and there is room for improvement in profitability.In the current environment,steel companies want long-term development should be clear development goals,grasp the core competitiveness of enterprises,increase the control of costs,and continue to practice green low-carbon development.
