摘  要:分析了300 MW机组凝结水泵变频经济性方式运行的优化原理及可行性,探讨了存在的主要问题及对策,并提出了优化方案。本次优化减少了凝结水泵耗电率,减少了运行人员手动控制干预的频率,增加了凝结水出口压力控制,实现了凝结水泵变频和除氧器水位调门投入双自动,最大程度节省凝结水泵耗电量,节约了能源,降低了厂用电率,提高了机组凝结水系统运行的经济性。实现了凝结凝结水泵的经济性方式长时间运行。There are three condensate pumps of 300MW unit,including two frequency pumps and one power frequency pump,and the deaerator water valve jointly control the deaerator water level.Before optimization,the frequency condensate pump and deaerator water valve automatically,adjust the deaerator level according to the water level deviation,the logic of water level control and the condensate pressure control.The main purpose of the optimization is to consider from the economic aspect,reducing the condensate pump power consumption rate,the frequency of operators manual control intervention,increasing the condensate outlet pressure control,realizing the condensate pump frequency conversion and deaerator water level regulator into double automatic,maximum saving condensate pump power consumption and realizing the economic way of condensate pump running for a long time.
