摘  要:通过工作性能和力学性能试验研究了硅灰和波纹型钢纤维对自密实混凝土坍落拓展度、T500、J环拓展度、间隙通过性以及力学性能、干缩率的影响。研究发现:2%的硅灰可以提升自密实混凝土的工作性,但掺入4%的硅灰会使J环拓展度大幅度下降;4%的硅灰可以提高28 d抗压强度至94.2 MPa,相对于无硅灰组提升22%;但继续增加硅灰掺量对劈裂抗拉与抗折强度有不利影响;当钢纤维体积掺量达到1.2%时,自密实混凝土坍落拓展度下降55 mm,劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和抗压强度较未掺钢纤维试块分别提升17.9%、42.6%和2.5%;自密实混凝土收缩率随硅灰掺量的增加而增加,随钢纤维的增加先增大后减小。Through working performance test and mechanical performance test,the influence of silica fume and corrugated steel fiber on slump expansion,T500,J-ring expansion,gap passing ability,mechanical properties and dry shrinkage of self-compacting concrete is emphatically studied.It is found that 2%silica fume can improve the workability of self-compacting concrete,but 4%silica fume can significantly reduce the J-ring expansion.4%silica fume can improve the compressive strength of 28 d to 94.2 MPa,22%compared with the group without silica fume.However,increasing the amount of silica fume has a negative effect on the splitting tensile and flexural strength.When the volume content of steel fiber reaches 1.2%,the collapse extension of selfcompacting concrete decreases by 55 mm,and the splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and compressive strength are increased by 17.9%,42.6%and 2.5%respectively compared with those of nonsteel fiber specimens.The shrinkage of self-compacting concrete increases with the increase of silica fume content and then decreases with the increase of steel fiber.
