某小区建筑墙体渗漏检测及原因分析

摘　　要：结合某老旧小区改造后出现的墙体雨水渗漏现象,通过查阅资料、外观检测和湿度检测,确定该小区建筑墙体雨水渗漏部位和渗漏原因,并做出了相应的防水防渗处治,解决了雨水渗漏问题。Combined with the rainwater leakage phenomenon of the wall after the reconstruction of an old community,through consulting the data,appearance detection and humidity detection,the location and reason of the rainwater leakage of the building wall of the community were determined,and the corresponding waterproof and see-proof treatment was made to solve the problem of rainwater leakage.
