元宇宙视域下公安网络生态治理探析

摘　　要：元宇宙是互联网演进的一种高级形态。随着信息技术的发展,元宇宙里将逐步形成复杂的虚拟网络生态。探讨了元宇宙时空里,公安网络生态治理可能面临的挑战。提出了倡导主流价值,建构理性主体;推进法治策略,打造网络文明;顺应技术发展,引导网络生态;培育正能量ChatGPT,净化网络空间;在现实世界“国家治理网络”的前提下实现元宇宙“去中心化治理”五种治理网络生态的路径。The metaverse is an advanced form of internet evolution.With the development of information technology,the metaverse will gradually form a complex virtual network ecology.This paper discusses the challenges for ecological governance of public security network in the meta-universe.It suggests such five ways to govern the network ecology as advocating the mainstream value,constructing the rational subject;promoting the rule of law strategy,building network civilization;adapting to the development of technology and guiding the network ecology;cultivating positive ChatGPT and purify cyberspace;realizing“decentralized governance”in the meta-universe under the premise of“national governance of network”in the real world.
