大学生创业意愿影响因素及提升策略研究——基于连云港市5所高校的实证分析

摘　　要：创新创业是国家宏观战略的重要支点,目前正是大学生投身双创事业的最好时代。选取连云港市5所高校的460名学生为调查样本,分别从学生个人、学历层次、家庭情况以及高校开展创业教育情况入手,采用卡方检验、主成分分析法等方法分析大学生创业意愿的影响因素,并对主成分分析后主成分因子与大学生创业意愿运用二元logistic回归分析加以验证。研究结果表明,创业课程效果、创业实践活动、创业教育支持、创业教育满意度与大学生创业意愿均为正相关,并从深化双创教育改革、强化创业教育实践活动、落实保障措施等方面提出策略,以此为高校开展大学生创业意愿培育工作提供实证分析和数据支撑。Innovation and entrepreneurship is an important fulcrum of the national macro strategy,and it is now the best time for college students to devote themselves to the cause of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.This paper selects 460 students from 5 universities in Lianyungang,and summarizes the influencing factors of their entrepreneurial willingness with chi-square test and principal component analysis,from their personal,educational and family situation and college entrepreneurship education.At the same time,the principal component factors and students’entrepreneurial willingness are verified through binary logistic regression analysis.It shows that the effect of entrepreneurship course,the entrepreneurship practice activities,the entrepreneurship education support and satisfaction of entrepreneurship education are all positively correlated with college students’entrepreneurial willingness.Finally strategies are proposed from deepening educational reform,strengthening the entrepreneurship education practice,carrying out the safeguard measures,to provide empirical analysis and data support for the cultivation of college students’entrepreneurial willingness.
