益母通乳胶囊治疗剖宫产后恶露不净的效果及对IL-6、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的 考察益母通乳胶囊对剖宫产后恶露不净患者血清炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α的影响。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年5月在我院接受治疗的剖宫产后恶露不净患者70例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给以益母通乳胶囊进行治疗,对两组炎性因子水平、宫腔粘连情况进行比较,将L-6、TNF-α与宫腔粘连的联系进行分析。结果 治疗前两组患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平无明显差异(P>0.05),术后1、3、5 d观察组血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组粘连发生率14.29%,明显低于对照组37.14%(P<0.05);宫腔粘连组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显高于未粘连组(P<0.05);Person相关分析表明IL-6、TNF-α含量与宫腔粘连存在正相关(r=0.637,P<0.01;r=0.754,P<0.05);ROC曲线表明IL-6、TNF-α对剖宫产后恶露不净患者宫腔粘连具有一定的预测价值,两项指标联用灵敏度、特异度较高。结论 益母通乳胶囊能够在一定程度上降低IL-6、TNF-α含量,IL-6、TNF-α水平能够反应宫内粘连情况,对相关疾病防治具有一定的指导价值。Objective To investigate the effect of yimutongru Capsule on serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-αin patients after cesarean section-αThe impact of the.Methods A total of 70 patients with lochia after cesarean section in our hospital from March 2019 to may 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with yimutongru Capsule on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors and intrauterine adhesions of the two groups were compared,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere measured The relationship with intrauterine adhesions was analyzed.Results Before treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin serum of the two groups were significantly higher There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels between the two groups(P>0.05);The level of serum albumin in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adhesion in the observation group was 14.29%,which was significantly lower than 37.14%in the control group(P<0.05);Serum IL-6 and TNF-αin intrauterine adhesions group-αThe levels of serum creatinine were significantly higher than those of non adhesion group(P<0.05);The results of person correlation analysis showed that IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly higher than those of control group;There was a positive correlation between intrauterine adhesions and intrauterine adhesions(r=0.637,P<0.01;r=0.754,P<0.05);ROC curve showed that IL-6,TNF-αIt has a certain predictive value for intrauterine adhesions in patients with lochia after cesarean section.The combination of the two indicators has high sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion Yimutongru capsule can reduce IL-6 and TNF-αto a certain extent.The levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere higher than those of the control group.The level of serum albumin can reflect intrauterine adhesions,which had a certain guiding value for the prevention and treatment of related d
