摘  要:针对管翅式换热器翅片间距、厚度等物理尺寸的非接触、自动测量问题,本文提出了基于图像处理技术的管翅式换热器翅片测量方法。首先利用CCD相机获取管翅式换热器翅片图像,对拍摄的图像进行图像灰度化,滤波去噪,图像分割(二值化)等图像预处理操作,紧接提出了一种亚像素边缘提取算法,对预处理后的图像进行边缘提取。同时结合图像投影法提出了三种换热器翅片尺寸的测量方法,最后,基于尺寸测量换算法和简易相机标定法获得实际物理尺寸。通过实验,三种方法的测量误差均在5.00%左右,最小误差低至1.20%,效果较好,该测量方法可以很好地测量出换热器翅片主要尺寸。Aiming at the non-contact and automatic measurement of physical dimensions such as fin spacing and thickness of tube-fin heat exchangers,this paper proposes a finned measurement method for tube-fin heat exchangers based on image processing technology.Firstly,the CCD camera is used to obtain the finned image of the tube-fin heat exchanger,and the image preprocessing operations such as image grayscale,filter denoising,image segmentation(binarization)are carried out on the captured image,and then a subpixel edge extraction algorithm is proposed to extract the edge of the preprocessed image.At the same time,three measurement methods for the fin size of heat exchangers are proposed by combining the image projection method,and finally,the actual physical size is obtained based on the size measurement algorithm and simple camera calibration method.Through experiments,the measurement error of the three methods is about 5%,and the minimum error is as low as 1.20%,which is better,this measurement method can measure the main size of the heat exchanger fin.
