摘　　要：当前我国已成为世界第三大涂料生产国,涂料是化工行业生产的重要组成部分。传统涂料单体在生产期间会使用水洗工艺提纯产品,期间会造成大量含有化学需氧量(COD)的废水。通过改进工艺,采用UV涂料可以实现涂料单体的清洁生产,根据UV涂料组成与固化机理,结合清洁生产的内容与途径,以邻苯二甲酸酐为例进行清洁生产工艺的改进与研究。At present,our country has become the world’s third largest coating production country,coating is an important part of chemical industry production.During the production of traditional coating monomer,the product will be purified by water washing process,which will result in a large amount of COD wastewater.Based on the composition and curing mechanism of UV coatings,the content and approach of joint clean production can be obtained,take the phthalic anhydride as an example to improve and study the cleaner production process.
