摘  要:在聚丙烯生产过程中,细粉问题始终无法避免,且影响较大。本文尝试从减少和适应两个方面进行防治,一方面通过催化剂粒径、改性剂加入量优化等措施减少细粉产出;另一方面从减少堵塞的角度改进送料系统,提高装置对细粉适应性。此外改进细粉收集系统为密闭回收也能增强了细粉适应性。The problem of high content of fine powder was inevitable and had great influence in the process of polypropylene.In order to prevent and control the problem of fine powder,both reduction and adaptation were tried.On the one hand,by optimizing the particle size of catalyst and the amount of modifier,the content of fine powder was obviously reduced in the industrial production of polypropylene.On the other hand,by improving the delivery system,congestion was reduced and thus the adaptability of fine powder was improved.In addition,the adaptability of fine powder can also be enhanced by improving the fine powder collection system for airtight recovery.
