海上天然气处理平台火炬气回收的研究

摘　　要：伴随着能源结构的优化调整,为了减少火炬气的总体放空量,需要对海上天然气处理平台的火炬气进行适度回收处理。针对海上天然气处理平台火炬气的回收工艺进行研究,分别从明确气体来源数量、确定回收设计、选择设备型号参数、开发控制系统等几方面进行分析,并确定回收方案等工艺,有效推动海上天然气处理平台中火炬气的回收工作,为天然气能源的开源节流提供可靠的基础保障。With the optimization and adjustment of energy structure,in order to reduce the overall venting amount of flare gas,it is necessary to moderately recover and treat the flare gas from offshore natural gas processing platforms.This article conducts research and analysis on the recovery of torch gas from offshore natural gas processing platforms.Based on practical significance,processes such as clarifying the quantity of gas sources,determining recovery design,selecting equipment model parameters,developing control systems,and determining recovery plans are effectively promoted to effectively promote the recovery of torch gas in offshore natural gas processing platforms,providing reliable basic guarantees for the source and throttling of natural gas energy.
