摘  要:通过对多喷嘴对置式的水煤浆气化炉进行研究,利用可视化技术对气炉喷嘴的颗粒挥发分燃烧的过程进行监视并记录,分析气化环境下<300μm颗粒在挥发分火焰的尾迹形态,并对变化的过程加以深入的分析,最终结果显示;当颗粒经过挥发分后,火焰呈现为非典型的包络型火焰,并且挥发分后的尾迹形态受到两方面的影响,分别是颗粒脱挥发分所处阶段,以及颗粒相对气流运动状态,而且时间发生变化也会促进其不断的变化;当颗粒处于气流床气化还原性气氛时则会增加燃烧的时长。This article conducts research on a multi nozzle opposed coal water slurry gasifier,and uses visualization technology to analyze the process of particle volatilization combustion in the gas furnace nozzle by combining physics and technology to analyze the gasification environment<300μ.The wake morphology of m particles in volatile flame is analyzed in depth,and the final results show that when particles pass through volatile,the flame presents an atypical envelope type flame.The wake morphology after volatile is affected by two aspects,namely the stage of particle devolatilization and the relative airflow motion state of particles,and changes in time also promote its continuous change;When particles are in a fluidized bed gasification reducing atmosphere,it will increase the combustion time.
