摘 要:在石油化工企业的生产过程中,催化裂化技术是一种主要的二次加工工艺,能够将稠度较高的重油转变成稠度较小的轻质油,是化工企业实现重油轻质化的主要途径,以此来满足石化行业的生产需求。经催化裂化处理后的重油,可得到多种优质产品,如汽油,从而为石化企业带来更多的经济效益。所以,为了使催化裂化的生产效率更高,必须对现有的工艺进行改进,以提高其技术水平。基于此,本文从流程、催化剂和过程管理3个角度,对催化裂化工艺进行了深入探讨。In the production process of petrochemical enterprises,catalytic cracking technology is a major secondary processing technology,which can transform heavy oil with higher consistency into light oil with smaller consistency,and is the main way for chemical enterprises to achieve light heavy oil,so as to meet the production needs of the petrochemical industry.After catalytic cracking treatment of heavy oil,can get a variety of high-quality products,such as gasoline,so as to bring more economic benefits for petrochemical enterprises.Therefore,in order to make the production efficiency of catalytic cracking higher,the existing process must be improved to improve its technical level.Based on this,this paper discusses the current catalytic cracking process from three perspectives:process,catalyst and process management.
