摘  要:非常规稠油油藏是渤海油田上产4000万吨的重要战场,原油流动性差、地层产出能力低、开采方式难是制约海上非常规稠油开发的主要难题。经过多年的探索,常规的热力吞吐、热力驱等方式已取得了较大的进步和发展,非常规稠油创新热采方式正在进行尝试,但均没有实现热采注采一体化。在渤海油田现已成功应用同心管射流泵注采一体化技术及高温电潜泵注采一体化技术来实现非常规稠油的热采,有效解决了常规热力吞吐两趟管柱换管柱费用高、洗井热损失大、作业周期长等问题,避免了洗压井对油层产生冷伤害,减少了热量损失,实现了热采注采一体化,在海上非常规稠油油藏开发中提效明显。Unconventional heavy oil reservoirs are an important battlefield for the production of 40 million tons in the Bohai Oilfield.Poor crude oil mobility,low formation production capacity,and difficult extraction methods are the main challenges that constrain the development of unconventional heavy oil offshore.After years of exploration,significant progress and development have been made in conventional thermal huff and puff(steam huff and puff,multivariate thermal fluid huff and puff,etc.)and thermal flooding(steam flooding,hot water flooding,etc.).Innovative thermal recovery methods for unconventional heavy oil are being attempted,but none of them have achieved the integration of thermal recovery,injection,and production.The integration technology of concentric jet pump injection and production and high-temperature electric submersible pump injection and production has been successfully applied in the Bohai Oilfield to achieve thermal recovery of unconventional heavy oil.This effectively solves the problems of high cost of replacing pipe strings,large heat loss during well flushing,and long operation cycle in conventional thermal stimulation,avoiding cold damage to oil layers caused by well flushing,reducing heat loss,and achieving thermal recovery injection and production integration,the efficiency has been significantly improved in the development of unconventional heavy oil reservoirs offshore.
