摘 要:轮探1井是中国石油塔里木油田分公司在塔北隆起布的一口集团公司级的一级风险探井,设计井深8500m,加深井深8882m,是目前亚洲最深井。该井超深井段奥陶系、下寒武系、震旦系面临超深、超高温、井壁稳定技术难题。基于此,通过室内试验研究,优化了抗高温水基钻井液体系,并制定了针对性强的解决方案。实钻中该井顺利钻穿奥陶系、下寒武系、震旦系(未穿)地层,未发生钻井液性能失稳等情况,顺利钻至井深8882m完钻,创亚洲陆上最深井纪录。现场应用和室内实验表明,该井钻井液抗温能力强,性能稳定,为轮探1井的顺利施工提供了有力保障,为国内超深井安全钻进提供了技术借鉴。Luntan 1 well is a group company level hihgest risk exploration well distributed in Tabei uplift by Tarim Oilfield Branch of CNPC.The well is designed to be 8500m deep and added to 8882m,which is the deepest well in Asia at present.The ultra deep section of this well,which contain Ordovician,lower Cambrian and Sinian,is faced with technical problems of ultra deep and ultra-high temperature,which greatly tests the temperature resistance and collapse resistance of water-based drilling fluid.Therefore,the application of water-based drilling fluid with temperature stability in ultra deep well section of the well is analyzed through laboratory test.The high temperature resistant water-based drilling fluid system is optimized,and the targeted anti collapse technical measures are formulated.The well has successfully drilled through the Ordovician,lower Cambrian and Sinian(not penetrated)strata without drilling fluid performance instability;it has successfully drilled to a depth of 8882m and completed drilling,which is the deepest record in Asia.Field application and laboratory experiments show that the drilling fluid has strong temperature resistance and excellent performance,which provides a strong technical guarantee for the smooth construction of Luntan-1 well and a technical reference for the safe drilling of deep and ultra deep wells at home and abroad.
