摘  要:大规格Al-Si合金铸锭的晶粒细化,一直是工业化生产的难点和研究的热点。重点综述了细化剂Ti和Si中毒、B与Sr毒化对合金晶粒细化的影响,并介绍了熔体强剪切(melt conditioned direct chill,MC)MC-DC铸造方式细化Al-Si合金晶粒组织的优点及局限性,并提出了亚共晶Al-Si合金晶粒细化的研究新思路和发展方向,以期为工业化半连续铸造亚共晶Al-Si合金的生产提供参考和借鉴。In this paper,the grain refinement of large size Al-Si alloy ingot has always been a difficult point in inductrial production and a hot topic in research.The effects of Ti and Si poisoning as well as B and Sr poisoning on grain refinement of Al-Si alloy are summarized in this paper.The advantages and limitations of melt conditioned direct chill(MC)Mc-dc casting method for grain refinement of Al-Si alloy are also introduced.A new research idea and development direction of grain refinement of subeutectic Al-Si alloys are proposed in order to provide reference for the production of industrial semi-continuous casting subeutectic Al-Si alloys.
