摘 要:为研究6005A铝合金不同成分合金对过烧影响,将6005A合金试样进行固溶热处理,然后进行DTA检测,最后制成金相试样,在显微组织下观察金相组织。结果表明,在580℃、590℃、600℃温度下,Mg、Si、Mn元素对合金过烧形貌的影响较大。起始过烧温度580℃时,无过烧特征,590℃时出现复熔三角晶界,出现过烧现象,600℃时已出现多处复熔共晶球,晶界纺锤结构,过烧现象明显。In order to study the influence of different components of 6005A aluminum alloy on overburning,the sample of 6005A alloy was subjected to solid solution heat treatment,and then DTA detection was carried out.Finally,the metallographic sample was made and the microstructure was observed under the microscope.The results show that at 580℃、590℃and 600℃,Mg,Si and Mn elements have great influence on the overburnt morphology of the alloy.When the initial overburning temperature is 580℃,there is no overburning characteristic,and at 590℃,there is a remelting triangle grain boundary and overburning phenomenon.At 600℃,there are multiple remelting eutectic spheres and the grain boundary spindle structure,and the overburning phenomenon is obvious.
