摘　　要：集合住宅是当下的主流居住类型,欧洲作为集合住宅设计的先锋场所,探索欧洲集合住宅设计的发展趋势具有重要的指导意义。密斯奖作为欧盟官方建筑奖,能反映欧洲建筑设计的思潮变化。该文以欧洲集合住宅为研究对象,通过对欧洲社会背景的分析,将2011年—2022年获得密斯奖提名的欧洲集合住宅项目分为参与式住宅、社会住宅、低能耗住宅、改造类住宅和多功能住宅五类,再根据这五类住宅(2011年—2022年)的提名数量和设计实践的变化,总结欧洲近十年集合住宅的设计发展趋势,为我国集合住宅的未来发展提供借鉴。Collective housing is the mainstream residential type at present.As the Europe is progressive at collective housing design,it is of great guiding significance to explore the development trend of European collective housing design.As the official architecture prize of the European Union,Mies van der Rohe Award can reflect the ideological trend change of European architectural design.Based on analysis of the social background in Europe,we divide the European collective housing projects nominated by the Mies van der Rohe Award from 2011 to 2022 into five categories:participatory housing,social housing,low-energy housing,renovated housing and multi-functional housing.Then,according to the changes of nominated quantity and design practice of these five categories of housing,we summarize the development trend of collective housing design in Europe in the past decade,so as to provide reference for the future development of collective housing in China.
