摘　　要：该文以福建(南靖)土楼活化国际设计竞赛为背景,反思当下陷入对地区建筑原型“化妆”式的设计内卷现象,剖析土楼目前所面临的挑战和机遇。通过对地区建筑传统“活化”与“活态”的辨析,建立起静态与动态视角下对“传统”的认知,诠释了地区营建体系的“建筑文脉”“地域基因”“被动式技术”等概念,揭示出地区营建体系“历时轴—共时轴”耦合的融贯发展机制,并探讨了“土楼再生”的概念设计、空间营造与技术策略。Taking international design competition of Fujian Tulou(Nanjing)as the background,we firstly reflect on the current phenomenon of falling into the design involution of make-up of regional architectural prototype.Secondly,we analyze the challenges and opportunities of non-world heritage Tulou,and establish a cognitive framework on tradition from the static and dynamic perspectives.Then we interpret notions of"architectural context""regional gene"and"passive technology of regional construction system"to reveal the integrative mechanism of regional construction system from a coupling perspective of diachronic axis and synchronic axis.Finally,we discuss the conceptual design,space construction and technical strategy of Tulou sustainable regeneration in the future.
