摘　　要：后评价是绿色建筑全生命周期的重要环节,是对绿色建筑建成环境的反馈和对建设标准的前馈。针对绿色建筑校园环境运行评价缺失问题,该文以某行政学院(新校区)校园环境为对象,采用满意度问卷与实验测试方法进行调查分析。基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,通过建立AHP-FCE模型,针对校园环境性能密切相关的土地利用、环境舒适性、交通设施与公共服务等方面内容进行运行评价分析。通过评估分析发现,校园环境满意度总评分为82.326分。针对评估结果提出合理化建议,为绿色校园运行与建设提供参考。同时为同类型的绿色建筑运行评价和校园环境设计实践提供指导。Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE)is an important link in the whole life cycle of green building,and it is the feedforward to the construction environment and construction standard of green building.In the view of the lack of environmental operation evaluation of green buildings on campus,taking an Administrative College(new campus)as the object,we use satisfaction questionnaire and experimental test for investigation and analysis.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)method,the AHP-FCE model of operation evaluation was established to carry out operation evaluation analysis on land use,environmental comfort,transportation facilities and public services,which are closely related to the environmental performance of campus.Through the evaluation and analysis,the overall score of campus environment satisfaction is 82.326 points.Then,the reasonable suggestions were provided for the operation and construction of green building campus.At the same time,it provides guidance for the same type of green building operation evaluation and green campus environmental design practice.
