穴位贴敷联合快速康复干预在行全膝关节置换术老年患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评价穴位贴敷联合快速康复干预在行全膝关节置换术老年患者中的应用效果和价值。方法回顾性分析2021年10月至2022年10月于滨州医学院附属医院接受全膝关节置换术治疗的100例老年患者的病例资料,按护理方法的不同分入对照组(51例,实施常规护理)和观察组(49例,实施穴位贴敷联合快速康复干预)。比较2组患者的术后恢复情况、疼痛程度及膝关节功能。结果观察组的肛门首次排气时间、排便时间和下床活动时间均较对照组更早,住院时间较对照组更短,均存在统计学差异(P均<0.05)。术后1 d、3 d、5 d和7 d,2组的视觉模拟评分法评分均较同组术前降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05)。出院时和出院3个月后,2组的膝关节活动度均较术前增大,美国特种外科医院膝关节评分法评分均较术前升高(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更优(P均<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷与快速康复干预联用可有效加快行全膝关节置换术老年患者的康复进程,改善其疼痛程度和膝关节功能。Objective To evaluate the effect and value of acupoint application combined with rapid rehabilitation intervention in elderly patients undergoing total knee replacement.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 100 elderly patients who underwent total knee replacement at Binzhou Medical University Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022.According to the different nursing methods,they were assigned into a control group(51 cases who received routine nursing)and an observation group(49 cases who received acupoint application combined with rapid rehabilitation intervention).The postoperative recovery,pain intensity,and knee function of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter time to first anal exhaust,time to first defecation,time to getting out of bed,and length of hospital stay when compared with the control group.There were statistical differences between the two groups(all P<0.05).On the 1st,3rd,5th,and 7th postoperative days,the Visual Analogue Scale scores of both groups decreased compared with those before surgery(all P<0.05),and the observation group had lower scores than the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).At discharge and 3 months after discharge,the knee range of motion in both groups improved compared with that before surgery,and the Hospital for Special Surgery knee scores increased compared with those before surgery(all P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and rapid rehabilitation intervention can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation process of elderly patients undergoing total knee replacement,reduce their pain intensity,and improve their knee function.
