虎符铜砭刮痧联合PRECEDE模式干预在乙型肝炎肝硬化患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析虎符铜砭刮痧联合PRECEDE模式干预在乙型肝炎(简称“乙肝”)肝硬化患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月南通大学附属南通第三医院收治的98例乙肝肝硬化患者为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组基于常规护理开展虎符铜砭刮痧联合PRECEDE模式干预。比较2组的肝硬化患者自我管理行为量表评分、慢性肝病问卷(CLDQ)评分、血清总胆红素(TBIL)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平。结果2组在干预1个月及3个月后的肝硬化患者自我管理行为量表评分和CLDQ评分均较干预前提高,在干预3个月后的TBIL、AST和ALT水平均较干预前降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论虎符铜砭刮痧联合PRECEDE模式干预可改善乙肝肝硬化患者的自我管理行为、生活质量和肝功能。Objective To analyze the application effect of Hufu Tongbian scraping combined with intervention of PRECEDE model in patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,98 patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University were selected as research subjects and assigned into a control group and an observation group by using a random number table,each with 49 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received Hufu Tongbian scraping combined with intervention of PRECEDE model in addition to the routine care.The liver cirrhosis self-management behavior scale scores,Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire(CLDQ)scores,serum total bilirubin(TBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the liver cirrhosis self-management behavior scale and the CLDQ in both groups increased after 1 and 3 months of intervention,and the levels of TBIL,AST,and ALT decreased after 3 months of intervention when compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group on the corresponding time(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Hufu Tongbian scraping and intervention of PRECEDE model can improve the self-management behavior,quality of life,and liver function of patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.
