摘 要:针对高矿化度的岱海水质,开展了系统的化学沉淀法脱盐净水技术研究。首先,通过投加NaOH+Na_(2)CO_(3)以及Ca(OH)_(2)去除Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+),降低原水硬度;其次,加入BaCl_(2)去除SO_(4)^(2-)。通过对比不同反应时间、搅拌强度、反应温度以及加药量条件下Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)和SO_(4)^(2-)的去除率,确定最佳工艺条件。针对岱海典型总溶解性固体含量及组成,反应时间30 min、搅拌强度大于400 r/min、温度高于30℃、NaOH投加量为80 mg/L时,对Ca^(2+)的去除效果最理想。去除Mg 2+的最佳条件为反应时间40 min、搅拌强度大于200 r/min、温度高于30℃、Na_(2)CO_(3)投加量略超过100 mg/L。去除SO_(4)^(2-)的最佳条件为反应时间30 min、搅拌强度600 r/min、温度高于30℃、BaCl_(2)投加量略超过400 mg/L。通过设置最佳工艺条件,可经济有效协同去除水中相关离子含量,促进岱海水域高质量发展。Aiming at the water quality of Dai Hai with high salinity,systematic research on desalting and purifying water by chemical precipitation method was carried out.First,Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)were removed by adding NaOH+Na_(2)CO_(3) and Ca(OH)_(2) to reduce the hardness of raw water.Secondly,BaCl_(2) was added to remove SO_(4)^(2-).The optimal process conditions were determined by comparing removal rates of Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)and SO_(4)^(2-) under different reaction time,stirring intensity,reaction temperature and dosage.For the typical contents and constitutes of Daihai lake water,the best performance of removing Ca^(2+)was achieved under the reaction time of 30 min,the stirring intensity greater than 400 r/min,the temperature higher than 30℃,and the optimal NaOH dosage of 80mg/L.The optimal process conditions of removing Mg^(2+)were the reaction time of 40 min,the stirring intensity greater than 200r/min,the temperature higher than 30℃,and the Na_(2)CO_(3) dosage more than 100 mg/L.The optimal process conditions of removing SO_(4)^(2-) were the reaction time of 30 min,the stirring intensity of 600r/min,the temperature higher than 30℃and the BaCl 2 dosage more than 400mg/L.By setting the optimal process conditions,the relevant ions in the raw water can be economically and effectively removed,and the high-quality development of Daihai basin can be promoted.
