摘  要:以内蒙古兴安盟地区典型的北方土石山区公路工程为例,分析公路工程建设受地形、地质条件的影响。在北方土石山区公路建设过程中,土石方挖填总量较大,挖填转运后,需在新建的取土场外借用大量土方,对修路产生的弃土,首先考虑利用取土坑进行排弃,不能利用取土坑路段再考虑单独设置弃土场,公路工程建设过程中会产生大量水土流失,在公路建设过程中,水土保持动态监测必不可少,监测过程中重点对象是防治责任范围监测、动用土石方监测、土壤流失量监测、水土流失防治措施监测、水土流失危害监测和水土流失防治效果等。Taking the typical northern soil and rock mountain highway project in the Xing an League region of Inner Mongolia as an example,the analysis of highway construction is affected by topography and geological conditions.During the construction of the highway in the northern soil and rock mountain area,the total amount of excavated and filled earthwork is relatively large.After excavation and transport,a large amount of earthwork will need to be borrowed from the newly built borrow pit.The spoil generated during road construction should first be considered for disposal using borrow pits,and if the borrow pit cannot be used,separate spoil areas should be considered.During the construction of the highway,a large amount of water and soil loss will occur.Therefore,dynamic monitoring of soil and water conservation is essential.The key objects in the monitoring process are the monitoring of the scope of prevention and control responsibility,the monitoring of the use of earth and stone,the monitoring of soil erosion,the monitoring of water and soil erosion prevention measures,and the monitoring of water and soil erosion hazards,and soil erosion control effect.
