摘 要:库区泥沙淤积问题日益严峻,有效库容严重减少,已影响到海勃湾水库防凌作用的发挥,同时导致水电站发电能力降低。该文以黄河海勃湾水利枢纽库区泥沙淤积问题为切入点,以有效减轻库区泥沙淤积,强化“以河治河”和系统治理的新理念,通过科学调度运用、加大排沙减淤力度、推进泥沙资源化利用方面入手进行治理,有效减缓了淤积速度。结合黄河海勃湾水利枢纽库区的实际情况,探讨库区泥沙处理与资源利用整体架构等应对措施。The problem of sediment accumulation in the reservoir area is becoming increasingly severe,and the effective storage capacity has been severely reduced,which has affected the effectiveness of ice prevention in the Haibowan Reservoir and led to a decrease in the power generation capacity of the hydropower station.The article takes the sediment deposition problem in the Haibowan Water Conservancy Hub Reservoir Area of the Yellow River as the starting point,in order to effectively reduce sediment deposition in the reservoir area,strengthen the new concept of“river management”and systematic governance,and effectively slow down the sedimentation rate through scientific scheduling and application,increasing sediment discharge and reduction efforts,and promoting the utilization of sediment resources.Based on the actual situation of the Haibowan Water Conservancy Hub in the Yellow River,explore the overall framework of sediment treatment and resource utilization in the reservoir area,and other corresponding measures.
