摘　　要：随着科学技术特别是信息技术的迅猛发展,水利对科技档案工作现代化的要求也越来越高,水利科技档案工作向复合型信息化发展是档案管理的发展方向和目标。通过分析当前水利科技档案管理现状、复合型信息化发展意义,提出了水利科技档案复合型信息化建设的对策和建议。With the rapid development of science and technology,especially information technology,water conservancy on the modernization of scientific and technological archives work requirements core also increasingly high,it is the development direction and goal of archives management that the water conservancy science and technology archives work develops to compound informationization.By analyzing the current situation of water science and technology archives management and the significance of compound information development,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of compound information of water science and technology archives.
