摘  要:深海渔场的建设会对所在海域的通航环境造成一定的影响,目前国内暂未有深海渔场通航安全相关规范.按海事主管机构对深海养殖项目通航安全保障方案的建议,参照《福建海事局海上风电场选址通航安全分析技术指南》,根据国际航标协会推荐的航道风险分析方法,对福建福鼎台山单柱式半潜深海渔场建设项目船舶交通流进行专题分析.分析结果表明,项目场址与两侧习惯航路边界的安全距离均存在中等风险.根据风险等级,采取相应的通航安全保障措施.The construction of deep-sea fishery will affect the navigation environment of the sea area.While currently there is no relevant domestic regulations of navigation safety in deep-sea fishery.According to the proposal of maritime authorities on the navigation safety guarantee scheme for deep-sea aquaculture projects,the ship traffic flow of Taishan single-pillar and semi-submersible deep-sea fishery in Fuding city,Fujian province was analyzed by referring to the Technical Guidance for Navigation Safety Analysis of Offshore Wind farm Site Selection issued by Fujian Maritime Safety Administration and methods of channel risk analysis recommended by the International Association of Lighthouse Authorities.Because a medium risk lies in the safety distance between the project site and customary route boundaries of both sides as the analysis results showed,we will take the corresponding measures of traffic safety support according to the risk level.
