三甲复脉汤联合穴位贴敷治疗老年失眠症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三甲复脉汤联合穴位贴敷治疗老年失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将60例老年失眠症患者随机分为两组各30例。治疗组患者予艾司唑仑片治疗基础上加三甲复脉汤和穴位贴敷,对照组单纯予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗周期为4周,观察两组治疗前后PSQI量表以及中医证候积分的差异。结果:治疗后两组患者中医证候积分,PSQI睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分及总分均较治疗前明显降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:三甲复脉汤联合穴位贴敷治疗老年失眠症疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjia Fumai decoction and acupoint application on senile insomnia.Methods:60 cases of elderly patients with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated plus with Sanjia Fumai decoction and acupoint application on the basis of treatment with estazolam tablets,while the control group was treated with estazolam tablets only.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks.The differences of PSQI scale and TCM symptom score were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment in both group,TCM symptom score,PSQI sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime dysfunction score and total score of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Sanjia Fumai decoction and acupoint application on senile insomnia is better than that of alone western medicine.
