加味败藤合剂联合超声引导介入治疗盆腔脓肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味败藤合剂联合超声引导介入治疗盆腔脓肿的临床疗效。方法:选取40例盆腔脓肿患者随机分为两组各20例。对照组予超声引导介入联合抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用加味败藤合剂治疗。比较两组疗效、退热时间、腹痛消退时间,治疗前后白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞比例(NEUT%)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化,治疗后1周及治疗后1个月盆腔脓肿体积大小的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为85%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组退热时间、腹痛消退时间短于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗后WBC、NEUT%、CRP均较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗后1周及治疗后1个月脓肿体积均较治疗前缩小(P﹤0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:加味败藤合剂联合超声引导介入治疗盆腔脓肿疗效较好,可改善临床症状,降低炎症指标水平,缩小脓肿体积。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Baiteng mixture and ultrasound-guided intervention on pelvic abscess.Methods:40 cases of selected patients with pelvic abscess were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided intervention and antibiotics,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Baiteng mixture on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,antipyretic time,abdominal pain fading time,the changes of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percent(NEUT%)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment and the changes of pelvic abscess volume at one week and one month after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 100%in the treatment group and 85.00%in the control group respectively,and the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).The antipyretic time and abdominal pain fading time of treatment group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,WBC,NEUT%and CRP were decreased in both groups after treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05).Compared with before treatment,the abscess volume was decreased in both groups at one week and one month after treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Baiteng mixture and ultrasound-guided intervention on pelvic abscess is better,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory indexes and shrink the volume of abscess.
