生化养血膏对人工流产术后子宫内膜修复情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察生化养血膏对人工流产术后子宫内膜修复情况的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的早期人工流产患者120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为3组各40例。空白组行人工流产术后常规健康宣教,对照组术后在空白组基础上予芬吗通,治疗组在空白组基础上口服生化养血膏。比较3组术后第14天子宫大小、子宫内膜厚度及子宫动脉血流阻力指数。结果:治疗组子宫动脉血流阻力指数低于对照组,治疗组、对照组子宫内膜厚度高于空白组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:生化养血膏可促进人工流产后患者子宫内膜的生长,降低子宫动脉血流指数。Objective:To approach the effect of Shenghua Yangxue extract on endometrial repair after induced abortion.Methods:120 cases of patients with early induced abortion,who were treated in our hospital,were selected and randomly divided into three groups,40 cases in each group.The blank group was given routine health education after induced abortion,the control group was treated plus with oral Femoston after operation on the basis of blank group,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Shenghua Yangxue extract on the basis of blank group.The uterine size,endometrial thickness and uterine artery blood flow resistance index were compared among three groups on the 14th day after operation.Results:The uterine artery blood flow resistance index of treatment group was lower than that of control group.The endometrial thickness of treatment group and control group was higher than that of blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Shenghua Yangxue extract can promote the growth of endometrium of patients after induced abortion,and reduce the uterine artery blood flow index.
